We do accept a wire transfer directly into our account. You will have to bear the wire transfer costs. Please contact us for more details.
Can I upgrade the package I have paid for a few months later?
My DVD Portfolio understands that you will have to regularly make updates and additions to your portfolio. That’s why we keep all your work files for a full 2 years. At any time during that period, all you need to do is send us your new materials and will update your portfolio at a lower cost.
How long will my data and work files be stored?
We store all your materials for a period of 2 years.
Can I send you my materials, rather than uploading to your FTP site?
Yes, of course you can. We advise that you Fedex your materials to us. Once we have finished working with your materials, we will mail or Fedex them back to you (you will have to bear the courier charges).
Can I provide you with my own DVD menu designs and music?
Yes, of course you can. If you are going to create your own DVD menu designs, please contact us for details on the file formats and specifications.
Do you offer a “Group Discount”, for more than 5 clients who want to do their DVD Portfolio?

What is Royalty Free Music?
Royalty free music comes with a licence for use in your productions, as many times as you want with no further payments. That's how you can save money.
Can I use commercial music in my Portfolio?
Use of Commercial Music may infringe on the owners' copyright. We strongly recommend that you do not use Commercial Music in your portfolio.
Where can I purchase Royalty Free Music?
We will be providing a section of music tracks for you to select from. For the time being we recommend www.opuzz.com.
Can I get a piece of music customized for my portfolio?
Yes, you can. Please email us for further details.
Are the DVD’s you create in PAL or NTSC?
We can create in either PAL or NTSC, so let us know what your preference is.
What is the difference between PAL and NTSC?
There are TV standards. In general the USA, Japan and a few countries in Asia use the NTSC system, while many other countries use the PAL system.
What DVD Players support PAL or NTSC?
In general DVD players no more than 3 years old will support both NTSC and PAL DVD’s. Please consult your DVD and TV user manual for more information.
What size should the digital photos be in, when I upload them to your FTP server?
For PAL and NTSC Systems, the photos have to be in different sizes. Please contact us for more details, so that we can assist you. You can upload either .JPEG or TIFF formats.
What if I only have printed photos and slides?
Not a problem, you can courier these to us, and we will digitize them for you. There are additional charges for this, please refer to our additional charges.
What formats do you accept video files for upload to your FTP server?
For electronic video files, we currently work with .mov or .avi files. In order to maintain a higher quality on your video, please do not apply any compression to the final video files.
What if my videos are in Digital Beta, VHS or another tape format?
Please refer to our additional charges. If your tape is not listed, please contact us.
What if my video is already on a VCD or DVD?
We can extract your video for you, from either of these sources. With VCD’s there will be a noticeable quality drop, while the quality drop from a DVD will be minimal. This of course depends on the quality already on your VCD/DVD. There are additional charges for this. Please refer to our additional charges.
What types of packaging do you provide?
Currently we have 3 types of packaging ranging from the economical Slim Packaging, Standard DVD Case and Professional Packaging. If there is a specific type of packaging you require, please email us.
How do you send the completed portfolios to me?
We currently use Fedex for all our shipping. Your DVD Portfolios are bubble wrapped in a strong Fedex box and sent to you.
